Tim Montemayor has worked in sports broadcasting for the past 16 years, working in some of the biggest sports cities in the country and covering championship Teams in Chicago, Los Angeles and St. Louis.

Monty began his career in the suburbs of Chicago during the peak of the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan's Championship runs of the early '90s. After moving to Los Angeles in 1997, Monty hosted sports talk shows on KLAC, KMSL and KMPC.

Most recently Monty co-hosted the morning show on The Big 550-KTRS in St. Louis, the flagship station of the World Champion St. Louis Cardinals. Prior to KTRS, Monty entertained listeners on America's top-rated sports station, Sports 1140-KHTK in Sacramento, Calif., where he hosted the pregame show for the Oakland Raiders as well as covering the Sacramento Kings.

Monty is also an accomplished writer and columnist, having been published in such publications as The Sporting News, Football Digest, The Miami New Times, and on the internet with MSNBC.com and Hoopstown.com
